Yesterday was Leigh’s last day at Estaminet. It was his first job after university, but he has done an amazing job! He brightens everything: the room he walks in, the students, the parents, the salemen walking into the office…. He was always sensitive to what the students needed and made sure that they were guided clearly in a fun way and improved.

We will miss him greatly!! Hope he enlightens a lot of students in Osaka.

昨日は３年働いてくれたLeighのEstaminetでの最後の日でした。本当に彼が入ってくるとエスタミネーがパッと明るくなりました。生徒さんだけでなく親御さんやセールスの人まで、エスタミネーのドアから入ってくる全ての人を笑顔で迎えてくれました。

レッスンもとても歯切れが良く、生徒が必要なことをしっかりわかるように組み立て、必ず目標達成まで導きました。エスタミネー英語教室が大学を出て初めてのフルタイムの仕事だったそうですが、本当にブレない信念の持ち主で面接の時に彼が語った「マインドフルネス」を貫きました。

これからはエスタミネーが少し寂しくなりますが、大阪ライフを大いに楽しんでくださいね！
